Ninja Accountant for Australian e-commerce company

Salary: Between 40,000 and 65,000 PHP per month (depending on qualifications and Experience)

We are an established ecommerce online industrial equipment supplier of tools and machinery.
Our business consists of a small team of Australian and international staff coordinating together on daily projects, sourcing costing and supplying a large range of products online.

About You:
Your ninja accountancy moves will be required to keep us ahead of the competition.
You will have competent financial costing and reporting skills and experience using Xero or other similar bookkeeping systems.

Requirements:
- University Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Key responsibilities:
- Xero bookkeeping
- Bank/credit card reconciliations
- Daily processing and reporting of payments
- Monitoring payments of supplier accounts
- Assisting our team with general administration activities
- Competitive product pricing analysis
- Product costings analysis using google sheets / excel
- Assist with the preparation of job costings for product quotations
- Financial reporting
