POSITION SUMMARY

As an IT Quoting Engineer, you are responsible for developing client-facing quotes for various IT services, including desktops, laptops, peripherals, and networking/cloud services. You will support a team of Strategic Advisors and Client Success Managers in order to provide our clients with the best possible technology solutions to grow their businesses.


CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create statements of work and associated quotes for various NST services.
Review existing client systems as part of technology standards reviews for annual technology assessments.
Assist team members with regular updates of client documentation, including vendor and contract information
Generate reports on invoicing, opportunities, and client contact lists and make updates on a regular ---------- SIRED SKILLSET / EXPERIENCE

3+ years of work experience providing technical IT support or 1+ years of work experience developing quotes for IT services such as desktops, laptops, servers, and cloud services
Basic understanding of networking concepts such as Routing/Switching/VLAN’s
Office 365, VMware, Active Directory, and Azure experience is a plus!
