Scadlock Inc. is a company located in Southern California, USA. To cope with our growth in eCommerce, we need to hire a few eCommerce VA specialists to manage our e-Commerce Amazon store. The major daily jobs include:
- Listing and optimizing the product page, keep the content accurate and sufficient to drive up page ranking and conversion
- Working on the A+ page of Amazon with the help of our graphic designer
- Study market and competitors, make sure our prices are both competitive and profitable
- Improve organic ranking and page views with all methods possible including collaborating with influencers, affiliates, and deal sites
- Identify and fix the issues with the detail page, price, and brand
- Manage the inventory especially the FBA inventory shipping plan
- Address brand and copyright infringement issues
- Manage customer satisfaction and improve product reviews
Requirement:
1. At least 1-year experience with Amazon seller central is required
2. Proficiency in English writing and speaking, great communication skills
3. Detail-oriented, sense of high responsibility, and self-disciplined
4. Good at Microsoft office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
