I am looking for a Full-Time Ebay Dropshipping store manager to handle my business.

Excellent knowledge and expertise in managing an Ebay Dropshipping account is REQUIRED
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Required)
High experience with managing other staff/departments is a STRONG advantage
Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp, etc) is a plus
Experience with Facebook Ads or Google Ads is a plus
Proficiency in writing (product descriptions, ad copies, landing pages, etc) is an advantage
Experience in handling customer service concerns is a plus.
Thorough understanding of SEO and Keyword strategies (Preferred)

Perks:
*You can work whenever you want. You will not have to wake up or work at any given time. However I will pay based on the quality of your work and how much profit we have earned.
*You can work as much as you want. However you need to make more than 6,775.44 Philippine peso profit to be counted as ‘extra hours’, therefore I will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours you will get paid.
*Flexible Vacation, if you need time off just let me know.
*Opportunity to advance/get bonuses, if you do a good job (more than 13,548.61 Philippine peso profit) I will give you a raise and bonuses.

About Me:
I own 1 company, ebay dropshipping. I need time to start other companies therefore I am in need of a new virtual assistant. I have been working with Virtual Assistants for a few years and all of my VA’s have been very happy to work with me.
