Writing and researching content for ebook

I have a job which entails creating several non-fiction EBooks (12,000-14,000 word count per book) in Word.

Successful proposal will be issued a unique key-phrase to be used throughout each book with reference as this key-phrase becomes the new book title.

Attention to key-phrase and to be used extensively throughout but highly focused on inclusion in INTRODUCTION AND CONCLUSION which reinforces book title to the reader.

Table of content to be included with 8-12 chapters. Please avoid long paragraphs - 3 line paragraphs maximum.

Writer to provide Royalty free Images and insert wherever deemed suitable to enhance the read of the book.

A simple job that WILL involve research and creative writing of original content (must be able to pass copyscape software checker) to HAVE THE CONTENT DELIVER ON THE TITLE OF THE BOOK AND KEY PHRASE ISSUED.

Upon completion for client review, chosen writer is to provide both the Final version plus the word version. Word doc size to be limited to 10MB to allow easy upload. It will be agreed that I will own the rights to the completed product.

Necessary Skills: English Speaking and Writing at the highest level. These skills are very important for writing ebooks.

Desired Skills: Book Writing, although this can be easily learned. I am not concerned about formatting as I will do that myself once the book content is complete and I can show you later how to do this.

I would like the first two chapters, introduction, copyright page etc delivered to me for review before continuing so that I can be confident that you have a great writing style and I can leave you to complete the remainder of the book. If this job is completed to satisfaction, I would like to hire you full-time.
I will pay you $100 AUD for the first book as this will be your trial/probation period. I would expect this book to be complete 7-10 days. If you are selected for the full time position of writing ebooks for me, I would expect 3-4 books to be completed each month. I will give a bonus each time that work is completed early and to very high standards.
