Project Accountant

*Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
*26-35 years old
*Responsible for the planning, coordination, & supervision of construction operations in compliance with contract requirements and specification
*Prepares the statutory accounts & financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
*Assist in preparing the budget/cost plan and review, to ensure the effective allocation of work and efficient use of resources
*Must have work experience from the CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
*Able to read plans and translate them to peso value (COSTING)
