FB Community Manager (SaaS/ Tech & marketing)

**Description**

I’m looking for someone who can manage and grow a Facebook group with me.

I have a highly active group of SaaS, tech, and marketing enthusiasts. You are required to learn and understand different kinds of softwares every month (e.g. Zoom, Calendly, Google Drive, Typeform & much more) so you can engage and communicate with the members naturally.

For this reason, you must be interested to learn about SaaS & marketing topics.

Moreover, you should be fun to hang out with, outgoing and enjoy interacting with different kinds of people.

Apart from engaging with members in the comments section and creating engaging posts, you are required to drive the growth of the group. We welcome creative ideas that can stimulate growth.

We’ll also teach you strategies to grow the group and provide you with the needed tools.

Through the work, you will learn many valuable skills such as digital marketing, psychology, growth hacking, content writing, design, and more.

**Types of work to expect**

» Administrative work
» Reply to comments and direct messages from members
» Creating engaging posts (memes, fun games, thoughtful question related to saas, polls & more)
» Creating social media content
» Simple banner design (template & tool provided)
» Grow the group with various strategies
» Provide customer support
» Engage in other forums
» Reach out to others to forge partnerships
» Any work that the company needs help in.

**Requirement**

» Cheerful, bubbly, & positive mindset.

» Good internet connection & good backup plan if it fails.
» Use your personal Facebook account to interact with members
» People with no experience in managing a group are welcome to apply (right mindset is the most important)

**Pay rates**

» Start at $400 a month. Will compensate based on the value you ---------- petitive rates.
» 40 hours work week
» Pay monthly and on time.
» After 3 months, entitled to sick leaves and other company benefits.
