Virtual Assistant for developing show ideas, creating show oultines, and scheduling Podcast Guests related to residential architecture and real estate

I am looking for somebody to develop show ideas, create show outlines, and schedule guests for phone/skype interviews for my podcasts. VA will be responsible for researching and finding topics to podcast about, creating show outlines, as well as finding appropriate guests for the show. VA will be booking two guests per week and I would prefer to have VA book guests up to two months in advance so planning and organizational skills are essential.

The topics include residential architecture and residential real estate so VA should have an interest in architecture and real estate in order to select topics that would be interesting to listeners. VA will be responsible for finding show topics, developing show outlines, and submitting them to me for approval. My shows last between 30-60 minutes. VA will also be responsible for contacting potential guest via email and scheduling them for the show.

This is a part time job that would probably consist of a 5+ hours a week.

Strong English and organizational skills, detail oriented a must. Candidate should also be responsible and a self-starter
