The Manila Delivery Center is part of the UGBU Global Delivery Consulting group that collaborates with the regional consulting centers in delivering the high performance Utilities solutions that increase our customers’ competitiveness. The delivery incorporates institutionalized methodologies in an offshore environment whereby world-class talent is developed through mature standards and processes. The UGBU Global Delivery Consulting group continues to improve its core delivery value proposition through the recruitment and development of top technical talent.

Key Responsibilities
• Convert simple-moderate Technical Design specifications into a working system through coding and unit testing with appropriate supervision
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high quality programs within agreed budgets and time
• Perform unit testing of programs according to defined process using the unit test plan and cases
• Provide quality assurance by walk-through of programs written by peers
• Provide support during system testing, user acceptance testing, Go-Live and warranty periods
• Provide documentation of developed programs
• Assist in project teams packing activities
• Provide regular status reports to the Team Lead/Project Manager

About You
• 2020/2021 Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science
• Current students must complete course requirements by July 2021
• Strong exposure in OOP, Java and SQL in either thesis or internship
• Good understanding of relational database design and normalization
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with the team and clients
• Ability to read and understand data models
• Ability to work in a driven team environment
• Persistent & hardworking

Boot Camp Training
• All new hires will undergo 2 months of boot camp training
• Boot camp training hours are full time 9am-6pm (flexibility required)
