Call Analyst

Our Company’s WHY is "helping people grow". While our clients who are group practices in the dental industry are rapidly growing, so are we! We are looking for someone to record data and to analyze and categorize calls accordingly.


Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and categorize all new patient phone calls
Complete all assigned calls on a daily basis (Monday-Friday)
Ensure date is updated across our reporting tools

Essential Qualifications:


Must speak and write fluent English
Must pay strong attention to detail
Must have access to strong internet connection
Internet speed and call quality will be tested before and after hiring
Must have proficient computer and typing skills necessary to capture patient information and appointment details
Must have a computer
Must be honest and responsible

This job is remote
This is a part-time position

Salary $150 to $300 a month
