We’re on a mission to help entrepreneurs step into their role as CEO and scale their business. As a business strategist + coach, I offer services, programs and courses that help entrepreneurs develop sustainable growth strategies, streamlined operations and transformational leadership.

I’m seeking a Facebook Ads Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a roll-up-your-sleeves get-it-done attitude; they’ll be team-oriented with a curious mind and eager to learn. This person must be well-organized, highly detailed, and a self-starter.

This person will be responsible for set up, management and optimization of paid Facebook Ad campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Day-to-day management of paid social advertising campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
• Track, analyze and report on campaign results.
• Proactive and always looking for how to improve ad performance and ROI.
• Constant learning to improve your understanding of the paid marketing landscape.
• Display a great, positive attitude, and is open to feedback and suggestions.
• Pivots quickly and is communicative of hold ups in projects.

Requirements
As we’re looking for an ideal fit, our new Facebook Ads Manager will likely possess what we’ve listed below:
• 2+ years Facebook Ads Management experience (experience with a business coaching client/company is a bonus) in a company where it’s not just about getting ads in front of more people, but where conversion rates matter.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload of self.
• Critical thinking, analytical, & problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects under pressure.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at any one time.
• Operate in a fast moving environment and adhere to deadlines while producing high quality work each and every time.
• Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.
• Be a problem solver and think ahead to ensure any challenges don’t greatly impact project progress or outcomes.
• Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them.

• Have a proven ability to pay meticulous attention to detail and have a demonstrated commitment to quality, with a high level of accuracy in all output
• Have excellent time management skills, a high sense of urgency, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines
• Are available to work at least 10 hours/week within the hours of 8am-12pm Eastern daily and attend weekly team meetings and daily huddles
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Are independent and self-sufficient, but also know when to ask for help or clarification
• Are ready to grow with the business, investing own time in personal development, and look forward to being a trusted team member that the business relies on in order to grow
• Consistent with quality and communication
• Initiates and responds to suggestions for improving
• Either familiar with or willing to learn ClickUp, Google Drive & Docs, and Zoom

Must have:
• Strong Internet Access
• 10 hours per week available with potential for growth
