GoPro Video Editor

I need a GoPro video editor for one large short-term and many small continuing projects.

I sent GoPro cameras around the world to 20 people and I need all the footage edited, approx 40 hours of footage.

I am also planning to start offering video editing as a service to my clients. They would upload to dropbox where you would have access. You would download the video, edit it, and then email to the client. Likely 1-2 minute final videos. I would like to pay once per week based off of how many videos were edited that week. Please respond with expected pay per project.
