Virtual Call Center Manager, Experienced

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor/Manager to oversee outbound phone Representatives who will call on potential clients for United States based insurance products. The Representatives will not sell, they will set up call back appointments for agents to speak with the interested potential clients. Since the target market is in the United States, both you and the Representatives will be working nights Philippine time. Our prime morning shift calling hours are 9 AM to 1 PM, Monday through Saturday CST, (6 shifts). Our evening shift will be 4 PM to 8 PM CST, (5 shifts). Most of our Representatives will work part time, 4 hours per day, 5 or 6 days per week. Those working the 4 PM to 8 PM shift also have the option of adding Saturday from 9AM to 1 PM if they want 6 shifts. Full time shifts are also available for Representatives who have proven skillsets and need full time income.
Manager should have call center experience. Manager will work at least 40 hours per week.
