We are a consultant business based in the United States who specializes in Freight and Logistics Industry. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with knowledge of and extensive experience in Freight/Transportation Dispatcher Services, who can speak and write good English, has experience in customer service, is passionate and persuasive at cold calling, posting ads on social media as well as Craigslist, emailing and doing follow-ups, and can complete tasks following structured systems & ---------- dividual must be able to perform with minimal supervision. Your natural attention to details shows as you complete work activities with a high level of accuracy. Training will be provided.

This person should be considerate and honest about what skills they have. This is a full-time (40 hours per week 8am-5pm EST Monday-Friday) role working for a stable, fast growing company with generous incentives such as sick leave, holiday leave, 13th month and other benefits. There will be a 90-day trial period. We will test your abilities, and once the trial period is up, you will grow with the company.

Apart from paying a reasonable monthly salary, as an incentive driven team, we offer a 1% bonus for every carrier and/or shipper who successfully sign up with the company for more than 30 days

Job Qualifications:
- Exceptional English communication, both written and verbal
- Experience in Lead Generation and Appointment Setting
- Ability to follow instructions, and ask questions
