except for number 3.

No 3. will be on a commission basis (later part or full time possible).

1. web designer
2. graphic designer (logo, brand, social media designs)
3. employee for acquisition (area: social media marketing)
4. SEO copywriter
5. video/explainer video creator
6. social media manager (freelancer basis!)

Requirements for the individual positions:

1. web designer:

- Experience in web design (desirable, experience with OptimezPress).
- Knowledge of WordPress
- Language: German, as well as English

2. graphic designer

- Experience in the field of designing
- Experience in branding identity (logo, invoice, banner, etc.)
- NO people using templates, we review every design!

3. staff for acquisition

- You come from the field of (social media) marketing
- Language: German, as well as English (German employees are more wanted than English ones for the time being)
- Have experience in acquisition (e-mail, phone call)

4. SEO Copywriter

- You should be able to write SEO texts
- Have a flawless and good spelling and grammar
- be able to write about 1.500 to 5.000 words per day
- Language: German, as well as English


5. video/explainer videos creator

- You should be able to create explainer videos (2D, 3D, and whiteboard)
- Experience is a prerequisite
- Language: German, as well as English
- YouTube SEO, would be advantageous but not necessary

6. social media manager

- Experience for Instagram / YouTube / Facebook etc.
- Creativity (develop new ideas)
- Design of images/graphics
- Writing of texts
