ECom CSR & SMM Management

We are currently looking for a CSR to assist our growing marketing team.

You must be able to speak and write in a professional, empathetic, and convincing way.
You must be able to also think quickly on your feet to resolve customer queries.

Responsibilities and Duties

- E-commerce related experience( Ideally fashion clothing related)
- Possess strong customer service and communication skills.
- Follow-up with customers promptly while solving customer inquiries in a quick amount of time.
- Must work fast and have strong verbal and written English
- Ability to multitask, creative thinking, and problem-solving
- Ability to learn quickly and solve problems fast.
- Ability to work with little to no supervision

This is an ideal position for someone serious about having a flexible work hours role.
