Sales Rep/ Sales Agent / Appointment setter/ Call Center Agent(Full time)

We are looking for a Sales Representative/Appointment setter/Call agent to help us secure deals with training providers, nursing homes, retirement communities, and hospitals in new markets. We want a smart person who can work with less supervision and can handle complex conversations in English. You should be able to work well under pressure, think outside-of-the-box, easily initiate relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects, and be highly self-motivated. You will also be responsible for developing relationships with prospects. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company’s needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically.

Responsibilities and Duties:
-Identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling activities.
-Promoting and marketing our business through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails, and communication(s) to prospective clients
-Providing the sales team with detailed information about the lead
-Working together with the Sales Director (COO) to grow a specific sales territory

This is an ideal position for someone serious about having a FULL-TIME career.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Preferable to have a Neutral accent
-NO other commitments/work/gigs (This is a FULL-TIME role)
-Complete mastery of English (Communication and writing skills)
-High Internet speed (At least 15 Mbps and up)
-Computer speed (at least i3 processor)
-SHOULD be willing to work on a Graveyard Shift (PH night time)
-WFH set up (Dedicated quiet space)
-Fast typing speed (minimum 48 wpm)
-Ability to cope with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
-Noise-canceling headset
-CSR/BPO/Sales work experience is preferred

With 6 months probationary period
