In-Bound Telemarketer

Do you have experience telemarketing?
Do you have a neutral accent that Australians will understand?
Do you love speaking with people & helping them?

We are looking for a friendly, experience telemarketing sales person to book appointments with people who enquire about our martial arts classes.
You need to be tech savvy enough to use our online phone system, record notes in our CRM & update reporting Gsheets daily.

We are looking for someone:
- friendly, but can still sell
- hard working- will meet KPIs of number of calls & conversion to appointments
- relentless follow up - leave no lead not spoken to

Experience with martial arts an advantage
Experience with kids an advantage.
