Senior Web Graphic Designer

IRM is Australia’s online investor communication specialist. We are the leading provider of investor-focused websites and online communication tools for ASX-listed companies.

IRM currently works with around 190 clients. About 150 of those are ASX listed companies, and around 130 of those use the IRM Newsroom service. We have proudly provided online investor communications tools in Australia since 2002.

We are looking for an experienced and talented Philippines home-based Web Designer who will work full-time (40 hours/week) to strategise and accelerate the business' within our diverse client portfolios. You will be working internally alongside client services, developers and our directors, creating design concepts (including company branding, logo and guidelines) and externally working directly with our clients to develop ideas based on their branding and company objectives into exceptional visual executions.

Qualifications & Experience
Proficiency in company branding/logo & guidelines, website design, landing pages, social media and general graphic and has more than 7 years experience in the web design field.
Excellent communication skills to present designs to internal and external clients.
Tertiary qualifications in Website & Graphic design required.
Fluency in English is required.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Form and design content for digital streams: websites, landing pages, EDM, social media, and paid media display campaigns with excellent composition, presentation and Upgrade to see actual infootograph and Image retouching and cropping for website and social use.
Graphic design programs; Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and the likes.
Experienced with cloud design platform such as Adobe XD and Figma
Need to have front-end skills (HTML and CSS)
Understanding the value of UI & UX, and implementing it during all website projects.
The ability to quickly understand and execute a brief.
Ability to work to set deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
Proven record of developing and working to style guides.
The ability to juggle a number of jobs for various stakeholders throughout the business and adapt to changing workloads should be easy for the successful applicant.
