Hello There! Thank you for your interest in Increase Your Profits! We are a growing marketing company in located in San Diego, CA. We are currently looking for a LONG TERM full time virtual assistant.
Job Description:
I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to help us stay on top of pending tasks. We have a list of things that need to be done weekly and would like to hire someone just for these tasks. We also have videos that need to be edited and produced monthly. We are looking for someone to take over that responsibility.
IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ONLINE MARKETING SUCH AS SEO AND REPUTATION MARKETING, THAT IS A HUGE PLUS!!!!
Requirements:
1) Must work California / Pacific time zone 9am-5pm M-F.
2) Must be very resourceful and have the ability to work independently.
3) Must be able to handle a fast-paced fluid working environment where project importance could change daily.
4) You must have a reliable internet connection and be up 99% of the time.
5) You must be able to video Skype at any point during your work shift.
6) You MUST be able to speak Fluent English with very little to no accent. American accent preferred.
7) Must be able and willing to become part of a team of virtual assistants.
8) Video editing experience in Camtasia

Your responsibilities:

- Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs
- Research using the Internet or other information databases
- Outbound calling to clients, vendors or others
- Email management
- Edit and create review commercials for clients
- Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online
- Must be accessible online, via Skype and work 9am-5pm PST.
