Overview of Roles: Social Media Outreach, Lead Generation, Growing a Company that impacts thousands of future doctors

This job prioritizes efficiency and thorough work. I will like you to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for the first week, and once you prove your proficiency and high performance, I’d be glad to promote you to 40-60 hours per week by the second week. Your #1 goal is to contact potential clients in order to spread our company’s mission and get them on sales calls with me. You do not actually have to get on any sales calls yourself; your job is essentially to help me get into contact with potential medical students, so I can share our services with them. I prefer that you not be working for other companies because I am looking for a long term (full-time) relationship with you as a dedicated virtual assistant. There will be plenty of opportunities to increase your pay or earn bonuses with good performance.

A little bit about my company and I:
- I am Dr. Price, the founder of Action Potential ---------- is a medical school tutoring company that helps medical students prepare for their exams. We will have tons of tasks and work for you to help complete.

Some things I have in mind for you to do in the immediate future include (to give you an idea of the variety of tasks I would like you to complete eventually):
1. Like, comment, follow and reach out to people on Facebook and Instagram related to my industry of medical education
2. Research how to effectively perform cold outreach marketing for our company
3. Utilize & improve our dialogue for cold outreach scripts for Instagram DM’s
4. Goal: Direct Message atleast 30 people per hour that are potential clients.
5. Follow up with previous clients to reignite their interest in our mentoring services
6. Create ads on Facebook/Instagram
7. Send me a daily Slack message that says: 1) what you did today 2) what issues you ran into 3) what I can do to help support you

Benefits:
• fully flexible work schedule - (you can work more hours if you would like, or stick to 40 hours), also, I will not require certain days or times. I leave your schedule up to you as long as you are working hard and producing results, it does not matter to me what hours of the day you work.
• 13th month bonus - you will get an extra months pay at the end of the year, which will increase the longer you are working with me.
• Opportunity for Personal Bonus for exceptional work and productivity. You will receive a bonus for EVERY single client that ends up utilizing our services if you were the reason they heard about our company
