JOB OVERVIEW

* Responsibilities:
- Responding to phone calls
- Replying to chat/ email
- Carry out some tasks that will be assigned by the manager
- Interested in US-UK culture

* Requirements:
- Experience with POD or Ecommerce business
- Experience with Zendesk/Freshdesk (at least 6 months)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.
