JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Social Media and Coordinator to join our in-house marketing team. We are a Corporate Immigration business operating in Australia (we market to corporate HR teams, that need to arrange corporate visa requirements of their staff)

Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Linkedin Social Media Account, managing and designing Email newsletters through a program such as MailChimp to B2B customers as well as placing relevant content into the WordPress blog. Occasional video editing also may be a requirement.

Duties will include:

- Assist with developing and maintaining the broader social media strategy across the brand and collaborate with the marketing manager to create a well-planned social media schedule.
- Assist with the design, development, implementation, and optimisation of social media content.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and platform updates.
- Assist with social media analysis and reporting.
- Assist with the creation of written, video, and photo content for platforms including social media, websites, and email marketing.
- Understand and maintain the brand’s personality across all marketing material.
- Other related tasks and duties to support the effective delivery of marketing requirements and virtual assistant admin needs on periodically.
