In search of a virtual assistant that can help me with the following tasks for my life coaching business.

Must-Have:
- Excellent Written and Spoken English Skills
- IG Social Media Manager - posting, editing videos, completing hashtag research (creating 5 groups of hashtag sets of 30 each), engaging with followers, prospecting new followers, and starting conversations with followers through a script I will provide along with a brief training (the purpose is to get followers to want to schedule a time to jump on a call with me and convert them to clients).
- Proficient at General Admin - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) & Google Products (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc..), work with forms, formating, branding, and spreadsheet automating
- Knowledge of using Canva or Photoshop - experienced creating templates for IG posting or other design software.
- YOU - great communicator, stay ahead of schedule, accountable, creative, and fun to work
- Proficient in Kajabi - experienced creating online programs on Kajabi. I would provide all the content.
- Knowledgeable using Stripe - to manage payments.
- Knowledgeable using Calendly
- Skilled at Squarespace - my website could use some code to present my testimonials and a few other things differently.
Some of these tasks might require me to hire a separate VA, but finding someone who can do most of these tasks would be ideal. I want to have someone working for me long-term and with the potential to share their services with at least one other business owner in the same wellness/coaching industry.
