JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:
Provide technical networking equipment assistance to customer issues that encompasses

Internet Connection
Router
Modem
Meet performance standards/metrics set by the department
Perform related work as required
Requirements:
Must have technical knowledge with troubleshooting LAN / WAN Configuration, Router and Modem
Good English communication and listening skills
Willing to be trained and can start ASAP
Willing to work in the night shift at Fort Bonifacio Global Taguig City
