Experienced Business Development Lead (work from home)

Description

We are looking for a full-time, year-round, salaried Business Development Lead.
As a Business Development Lead, you would work closely with company owners and our delivery team. We are a customer-centric organisation and constantly strive to improve the service we provide our customers.

We are looking for someone with experience developing and executing a business development strategy. This involves doing competitive analysis, refining customer segmentation and understanding customer needs, and improving all facets of the business development process from lead generation and initial outreach to ongoing customer success.

You would be responsible for initial outreach to potential customers (you are not responsible for lead generation), qualifying them, and connecting them with a free trial. You will be communicating with potential and existing customers through phone and email.

Compensation
Compensation is a salary of PHP, with salary increases based on outcomes.
Hours
Monday-Friday 12 pm - 9 pm USA Eastern Standard Time (12 am - 9 am Manila)

Job Requirements or Qualifications

Integrity and good work ethic.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
3+ years of experience in outbound sales and business development.
Experience with maintaining a CRM
Good working computer with stable internet ---------- pability for understanding customers needs and providing answers to questions in real-time.
Ability to effectively work and collaborate with team members.
Strong business acumen and customer relationship building skills.

Primary Responsibilities

Grow our business through bringing on new customers and connecting with existing customers to understand their needs and how we can better serve them.
Reach out, connect with, and qualify potential customers and offer them a free trial service.
