Email & Content Marketing Expert

I'm looking for an email & content marketing expert that fits the following criteria:

1) Not just write newsletters but create a sequence of nurturing emails to convert leads into buyers
2) If you know what 'The Machine' is and understand how it works, then you are 90% closer to getting hired. If you do know about it, explain it to me in your application.
3) Know how to use Infusionsoft, Aweber or Greenrope to execute email marketing campaigns
4) Be able to create content for website, so you must have copywriting skills that is designed to convert. I'm more interested in more creative writers rather than boring corporate type of copywriters.
5) Be able to write blog posts on social media marketing topics in great details (more than 1000 words)
6) Have good and stable internet connection. Please send results of internet speed test on application http://www.speedtest.net/
7) Able to write and communicate in English really well.
8) Knows how to use Wordpress.
