Facebook Marketing & Advertising Expert (NO VA APPLICATIONS!)

I'm looking for a Facebook Marketing Expert who meets the following criteria:

1) Create a strategy for e-commerce clients selling low-value product with high health benefits
2) Someone who is well-versed with Facebook advertising and familiar with sharing audience pixel as part of the ad strategy
3) Knows how to do split-tests on Facebook ads
4) Understands how to work with custom audiences and retargeting
5) Has good and stable internet connection (please conduct speed test with this and send results on application http://www.speedtest.net/)
6) Knows how to post interesting and relevant content to increase reach and engagement on Facebook pages (please give samples of Facebook posting and screenshot of the corresponding Facebook insights stat in your application)
7) Can communicate in English really well
