The Mobile-Friendly Desktop Application involves 2 steps:
1) It will pull some input data from the individual user's MS Outlook, who starts the process, and the rest manually, and
2) it will give an output data form that will be sent to a 3rd party, where the 3rd party will be able to edit some specific fields.
