Google Sheets Expert: Scripts Required

I am looking at hiring a Google Sheets Script expert that has knowledge on creating spreadsheets that communicate with each other. *You must know how to create and use scripts. Our functions are not the most advanced in the world, however, we are having some issues and want to hire someone with extensive knowledge on this field. I also want our spreadsheets to look clean, and modern.
