Who We Are Looking for:

We are looking for a full-time Link Prospector and Outreach Specialist who can find high-quality and relevant websites to serve as backlink opportunities. As a valued member of our team, you will keep the pipeline filled at all times so that we never run out of websites to show our assets to. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, creative, digitally minded, and results-oriented.

What We Are Looking for:

The Must-Haves:

• 2+ years prospecting links and engaging in email outreach tasks.
• This job basically consists of creating lists of manually thousands of websites and manually sending thousands of email outreaches on a constant basis, so a true passion for prospecting links and sending outreach emails is a must.
• Foundational knowledge of SEO best practices such as link quality, metrics,
• Knowledge of advanced search operators.
• Ability to go beyond simply using search strings like 'keyword + "write for us", you need to be resourceful.
• Ability to identify if a website is a PBN, pay-to-play, etc.
• Ability to use Google Sheets, SEO tools, and manage multiple tasks.
• Analytical mindset (you really enjoy problem solving and troubleshooting).
• Ability to provide insights and strategic recommendations to achieve project objectives.
• Diligent to productivity goals.
• Great English skills.
• Fast and steady internet connection and backup plan for when your internet and/or power goes down.
• Fast computer with a microphone and a camera, as well as the ability to properly communicate with you team members daily on chats, emails, and video calls when needed. This is a test, please include the word ‘dragon’ in the subject when applying for this position.
• Available for full-time work, 30-40 hours per week, at agreed time between 9am and 9pm Pacific Time (UTC -8).
• Available to stay with our agency for the long run.
• Not engage on work activates that are not related to our agency and/or not run your own business.
• Ability to pass a link prospecting Upgrade to see actual infot Must-Haves, But Assets:

• A college/university diploma or degree in a related field.

What You Will Get to Do:

• Create lists of thousands and thousands of high-quality and niche-relevant website link prospects that fit within assigned requirements.
• Individually and manually sending and responding to email outreaches based on instructions and templates.
• Monitor industry and latest trends to develop ongoing content insights and recommendations.
• Support our team on all things link building.
• Attend internal meetings.
• Work collaboratively on projects and report project status and hours worked (possibly organize and track work progress on project management software like Basecamp).
• Other tasks that may be deemed necessary.
