VA position

We are a health and wellness spa business in Canada.
Currently looking for a full-time, experienced VA who is interested in learning and growing their online marketing + virtual assistant skills. Experience with working in health and wellness-related business is a HUGE PLUS!

You Must Have ALL of the following qualifications:
Great command of the English language (speaking & writing)
Previous online work experience
VERY organized and good attention to detail
Willing to learn new things + tech tools quickly
Reliable internet connection and personal laptop at home (with a quiet and dedicated workspace at home)
Team player who is proactive, flexible and looking to learn and grow their skills
Excellent time management skills (will require time tracking tool)

Tech Tools Required + Tasks:
You will receive on-the-job training but it’s important you have some basic knowledge of these tools.
Constant Contact - Generate email, and update email sequences
Acuity - Manage and set up appointments
Photoshop - Graphic design - create + update worksheets using existing templates
Slack and Click up- manage communication and tasks

Email - Answer Customer Service emails using our email templates (refunds/complaints/questions) organize inbox daily
Social Media - (Creat new posts, respond to comments and questions as needed)
Google Drive - (organize folders, update google sheets, help create checklists for managing future tasks)
You will grow and learn with us!
