Overview: Software Automation Officer (FT)
As our Software Automation Officer, you will report to the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Sales and have the flexibility to work remote. You will support the growth of our business by rolling out automation platforms and software to improve the efficiency of the organization. Responsibilities:
Review the software rollout plan and be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all platforms.
Create a training program with how-to guides and materials to support software onboarding.
Provide technical assistance with software and applications.
Perform software installations, configurations and updates as needed for tea
Resolve technical issues for tea
Train field officers on digital literacy; create and maintain tips and tricks solutions to technical issues.
Create an organized management system for files on Google Drive, DocSend, and Dropbox.
Accomplish all other reasonable responsibilities provided by supervising tea

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of previous employment (not necessarily continuous) in office settings or education at a University.
High school diploma or GED; further education including non-degree certificates, an Associate’s degree or progress toward a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Excellent working knowledge of computer applications and cloud-based software.
Excellent internet connection and stability.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
Excellent relationship building and English communication skills (written, oral and digital).
Demonstrated compassion and empathy, strong work ethic and unimpeachable integrity.
