Order Fulfillment Account Manager (Work From Home)

Primary Duties:
Respond to website live chats quickly
Process product orders ensuring accurate, on-time delivery
Work closely with the Customer Experience Manager to respond to customer requests, orders, and any other customer or order-related shipments or requests.
Daily communication with vendors and suppliers for pricing and shipment dates
Answer customer requests for questions and price quotes
Calculate shipment dimensions and rates
Create UPS, FedEx, ocean, and truck shipment labels
Create highly specialized export documents with meticulous attention to detail
Can juggle multiple tasks at one time with quality and efficiency
Maintain a weekly dashboard of company orders and communications
Create Purchase Orders, Invoices, packing lists in QuickBooks
Research customer and supplier information in various sources
Create reports in excel using formulas and charts
Conduct market research and data analytics
Work independently on tasks and remain focused on outcomes
Respond to customers, partners, and team members in a timely and professional manner

Details:

This is a Full-Time position. Location: Work From Home
Your hours will be Monday – Friday from 1 AM to 9 AM Philippines time. (9 AM to 5 PM Pacific)

Requirements:
Must have sales experience
Must have demonstrated success and experience working from home 1 AM to 9 AM Philippines time
You must have a modern computer with access to a consistent internet speed of a minimum of 25 Mbps
Proficient in QuickBooks online, Excel, Word, Google Drive, Dropbox, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
Customer support experience (4 years minimum)

Compensation:
40,000-46,000 Pesos per month (depending on education and experience)
10 Vacation days paid plus some major holidays
