VA CONTRACT

WORK SCHEDULE :
Answers our questions within 15 minutes during work hour
Must pick our calls : most of the time they are urgent.
When sleeping : within 12 hours, not longer than that. If so they will be a termination strike.
Will work 7 days a week : 6 hours a day. 12 pm - 8pm EST
If plans to resign, must tell us 2 weeks ahead.


PAYMENT :
200 USD per month : 9,601.00
Will get paid bi -weekly on a platform that does not have transaction fee
Will not ask for in between work and will not be constantly discussed
Must know 3-5 Suppliers and we must be involved or in a group chat when transactions involving money are being made
Will use Timer software everyday : THIS IS A MUST
Will type the work done for the google document so we can track progress
Having a trade account if possible will boost your resume

REPORTING
Product Margin must always be above 2 USD
All strategies must be discussed with us before taking place in the account


We currently already have an account running for 1-2 months and we are facing problems that we look to : our VA should handle as soon as access is given to the account
Deactivation : activating it in a lower cost
Getting account health back to track
Answering customers about returns and issue with product
Handling returns
Talking to supplier
Finding winning products
Answering our questions asap about the account
