JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an E-commerce Operations Analyst to join our US-based Amazon Marketing Agency that helps large consumer brands increase their revenue on ---------- and other eCommerce platforms.

Skills Requirements

E-commerce related experience or BPO background (an advantage, but not necessary)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or GoogleSheets ( lookups, pivot tables, modeling)
Advanced research, data analysis, and reporting skills, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations
High attention to details, with a passion for making sure things are done correctly
Resourceful with the ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems that arise
Ability to be trained easily and the self-discipline to adapt to a remote working environment
A strong interest in learning new skills and performing a multitude of different tasks
Flexible working schedule with hours likely to include 5am PHT to 8pm PHT


Job Responsibilities:

Full setup of Sponsored Brand and Sponsored Product campaigns including; keyword identification, budget setting, and bid adjustments.
Conduct daily checks of campaign performance to ensure tACoS goals are being met, and perform bi-weekly optimizations to improve performance when necessary
Provide ad hoc support for updating attributes on all product ---------- cluding, but not limited to; ASIN title updates, remapping parent/child relationships, or fixing product variations
Perform daily routine checks of account performance within Seller and Vendor Central, including any; performance notifications, coupons, price alerts, stranded inventory alerts, and inactive listings


Technical Requirements:

Stable internet connection with at least 10mpbs speed
Back-up internet connection
