Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee all development projects. As a successful Technical PM, you are a great communicator with a broad knowledge of website development processes. You manage project management with relative ease while keeping your team motivated, organized, up-to-speed and on-track. You are the main contact of production from start to finish. You uphold the success and delivery of the final product. You are incredibly diligent with an attention to detail and can juggle multiple projects at once.

The role is remote and work is on Philippine time.

What You’ll Do:
-Be the lead subject matter expert within the company regarding technology concerns
-Forecast accurate timelines and plan development resources for each project
-Assist and work with design and development teams to estimate, implement, and build timelines for proposals
-Make sure functional requirements are met, tracked, and achievable
-Handle the daily stand-ups, make sure they are timely, focused and brief.
-Verify project with exact ticket workflows and boards
-Assist Design and/or Strategy Team’s Project Manager/Creative Directors to guarantee that the product vision and high-level business objectives are achievable
-Help classify, manage, identify risk for functional improvement requests
-Manage developers and QAs, aid team to focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
-Demonstrate a passionate approach to project management to establish processes and drive projects forward
-Oversee and manage all development projects at 500 Designs
-Track, analyze and monitor progress
-Oversee quality control
-Educate and guide clients through 500 Designs development processes
-Plan deployment, version control and updates
-Report progress to team leads, project managers, CEO, and CCO

What You Should Have:
-4+ years of technical project management experience
-Software Development experience in three or more of the following: Wordpress, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL (any flavor)
-Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment
-Familiarity with project management tools such as ---------- , JIRA, etc.
-Familiarity with Google Workspace applications i.e. Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.
-Familiarity with communication platforms i.e. Slack, Google Chat, etc.
-Ability to author and refine business requirements and assist in translating those into system design specifications
-Proven track record of success in leadership position (e.g. managing developers, designers and/or coordinating with project managers)
