Wordpress Publishing Virtual Assistant Needed

We are a media company that owns several websites, and we’re looking for a virtual assistant to help with publishing articles on Wordpress. Each website provides articles in its particular niche to help people searching on google for how-to articles, informational articles, and product review articles.

Who are you?
**You must be proficient in English, both in speaking and writing!!**

- You must have a good Internet connection. All of your work will require you to be on the web, so you need to have a reliable connection.
- Self Manage. You will be working remotely, and you must thrive on keeping yourself on task and focused.
- Respond well to feedback. We won’t micro-manage you. However, we will be providing you with feedback to help you improve and constantly get better! We need someone who is open to constructive critique, along with praise!

What skills do you have?
- Wordpress experience: You will receive articles from our writers and need to publish them to the proper website. This will including formatting, finding images, adding internal and external links, and some SEO work.
- Basic writing skills: While you will not be writing articles, as you add in links, you will likely need to adjust sentences so that the anchor text makes sense.
- SEO skills: Basic SEO knowledge is a bonus. If you have worked with Yoast or Rank Math before, let us know!

Payment:
- $2.50 USD per hour

Hours:
- Currently looking for someone who is available about 20 hours per week. This may adjust as we have more work available.
- Overall, we're flexible on the time that you work each day, as long as you create a consistent schedule. You'll be required to work Monday - Friday, and if you prefer to work mornings, afternoons, or evenings, that's fine with us!
