JOB OVERVIEW

We operate an online retail store and need an exceptional customer service representative, administrative assistant and sales person.

Some of the tasks you will be responsible for:

- Handling of telephones. You will be taking incoming phone calls from customers. You will also be dealing with vendors.
- Responding to customer service emails. This includes emails from customers as well as from vendors.
- Taking care of phone orders as well as online orders.
- Online chat with customers.
- Entering purchase orders.
- Taking care of returns.
- Checking on status of orders.
- Sales. This will be inbound sales. Taking care of sales inquiries by phone, email and chat. Creating quotes and following up on them.
- Data entry.

Hours:
- To start it will be 10am - 3pm Eastern Standard Time. After a probationary period and depending on work flow this might increase. At most the job would require is 40 hours per week from 9am to 5pm EST. Only apply for this job if you are able to work from 9-5 PM EST.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience
- Dependable, reliable, prompt work ethic
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers diplomatically.
- Excellent phone manners.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Basic computer skills (ability to type, browse the internet, use e-mail (Outlook or Outlook Express), Microsoft Word and Excel). Advanced computer skills a plus.
- High speed broadband internet connection that is 100% reliable.
- Computer that is on a secured network with Antivirus and Firewall protection.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Professional and noise free work environment. Since you will be talking with our customers and vendors we can't have noise in the background.
- Skype for Instant messaging.
