Custom CRM Dashboard Developed

We need a developer who can create us a custom CRM dashboard web based website.

Must have the following:

User registration
Credits system – PayPal/Stripe
Submit / manage projects (via forms and MYSQL)
Messaging ticket system
System that manages the projects and displays the information for the employees to see.

Must be based off of the Metronic admin theme 4 template.

We have a full detailed brief ready to provide.
