We are seeking an Account Operations Specialist with Technical skills to join our APAC operation as part of our team in Singapore/Remote out of Philippines . Performance marketers, brands and agencies are key customer segments for MerxAds in APAC, if you are proficient with Performance/Affiliate Marketing this is particularly desirable.
What you’ll be involved with?
Our Clients offers are driven by Cost-Per-Acquisition goals, their marketing activity is centred around showing a demonstrable ROI per campaign, in the form of sales, leads and other high-value actions. That said, ideally you will be able to provide Integration and Campaign Delivery solutions to brands, affiliates agencies, performance agencies and/or start ups that look to utilise digital channels for reaching and acquiring new customers and sales.
The successful applicant will...
Be responsible for:
· Self-starter with strong outreach skills. Able to handle technical integrations with Affiliate Networks, Agencies and new clients signup and turn partners into delivering meaningful revenue for the company.
· Onboard Affilaites, Handle Technical interations, Test Campaigns and Take offers live with existing and new partners and monitor campaign performance. Must able to be flexible to deal with the different types of performance marketer personalities (brands, agencies, affiliates etc)
· Working closely with partners/affilaite networks to fully deliver the goals and KPIs the advertisers wish to achieve and then ensuring MerxAds’s strategy and technical setup is aligned to these
· Manage daily and montly revenue pipeline and accurately forecast campiang delivery
· Work closely with sales teams to consistently inform and team up on new offers demanded by Publisher/Affilaite partners and exceed goals, as well as to identify emerging trends in the marketplace
· Able to work effectively as part of a team and liaise across multiple stakeholders (both internal and external) to achieve objectives
· A great communicator who can respond quickly in a fast-moving environment.
Possess these skills & experience:
· 3 years’ experience of adtech/digital media affilaite partnership OR media buying/account management in the digital/online marketing industry
· Ability to proactively work with high profile Mobile AdNetworks/Affilaites/Agencies independently and within a team environment
· Outstanding quantitative skills and a proven ability to monitor, identify and present performance metrics
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to execute efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Strong time-management and prioritisation
· Sound ability with Microsoft applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook
· Experience in Web Analytics, Mobile Measurement Platforms and Affilaite Tracking Platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, CAKE, Affise, Trackier, TUNE, Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust, Kochava, Singular, Doubleclick, etc.)
