Senior full Stack Web Developer (Next.js / ReactJs and NodeJs)

We are a start-up looking to build a small web development. We are looking for multiple full-stack developers with the following skills:

Next.js / React.js
Express.js
MongoDB
Node.js
Socket.io
Twilio
AWS
PWA

Profile:

Experience with real-time technologies would be ideal. You should also be proficient in IT architecture, cloud engineering and software architecture design, DevOps, project and product management.

You should have the following attributes: excellent communication skills, deep analytical skills, self-starter, organised, problem solver, project and resource management skills and can work collaboratively within the team.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Team management (task management and up-skilling)
• Hands on development (including bridging UI/UX gaps) and code reviews and implementation of processes and strategies for delivering high quality features
• Effectively communicating with the Product Owner / BA to fully understand the requirements for the features
• Inspiring other member of the development team with your knowledge and passion for technology
• Guide and mentor within the team and provide feedback around performance and reviews.
