VA and Social Media Manager

Hi there,

Looking for someone who is ready to work full time (40 hours a week) who is flexible and ready to commit to a long time career with a huge potential.

Salary is 15,000 PHP a month.

Duties of a Property Assistant Include:

*Attending to & manage property repair issues in a timely, organised and pro active manner
*Obtaining repair quotes/ estimates from contractors where required
*Liaise with tenants / contractors / landlords ensuring repairs are undertaken proactively and within a specified time
*Keep landlords/tenants updated on all relevant matters
*Follow up interim property inspection reports issuing letters to landlords and tenants as appropriate and dealing promptly with any repairs or breaches of tenancy. Ensure Landlord fully aware at all times
*Arrange renewal annually of gas & electric safety certificates for managed properties in line with landlord's requirements and legislation
*Keep respective property files and computer records up to date
*Ensure all relevant documentation such as inventories, renewals etc and filed promptly in paper file
*Deal with any requests such as rent reviews, renewals, vacation procedures by the landlord promptly, giving guidance on legislation as required
*Handle basic account enquires from Landlords and tenants.
*Ensure email is regularly checked for incoming enquiries & deal with promptly
*Follow Key checking in and out procedure
*Organise, prioritise & undertake personal work in an efficient & logical manner.

Social Media Manager
* Must be able to create a digital marketing plan with
* Build our contact database
* Work with the directors plus the wider team to develop and implement marketing strategy in particular, key messaging and content
* Write a monthly newsletter and edit articles, reports, blogs, press releases and other forms of written content, including digital content
* Work closely with team to develop innovative ways to turn the abundance of data/insights into compelling content to maximise audience engagement and grow new Website and CRM subscription enquiries.
* Execute the marketing / social media campaigns (to drive subscriptions & product enquiries, audience growth/newsletter/Webinar sign-ups, event and content registrations) and report on effectiveness and results ensuring all elements achieve required performance criteria.
* Regularly review performance of content, marketing activity & response rates
*Manage marketing budgets, purchase orders, and liaise with Finance on reporting requirements.
