Digital Project Manager (Operations Assistant)

I am needing an operations manager that is able to keep my projects organized.

I am looking for somebody that can see around corners, that is going to be able to keep me organized and ensure that the projects and items get done that need to be done. I am looking for somebody that can help me create SOP's and processes for scale

I own a digital marketing agency, I create websites and Facebook ads for people. I am looking for somebody who is semi-familiar with these things and is going to be able to ensure the train stays on the tracks I do NOT need you to create the ads or anything for me.

There will be a customer-facing component where you will be expected to help me manage and deliver products. I will NOT require you to do any actual development of websites or ads. I WILL need you to help me with connecting the dots from customer to developer back to the customer and to me.

This is an EXECUTIVE assistant position to the CEO and helping me prepare
