Amazon Dropshipping Product Sourcer & General Assistant

WELCOME:

Hello job-seeker! We are ZILLION, LLC. We dropship on Amazon and are looking for VAs that have experience with dropshipping on Amazon to scale with us.

Currently we have one opening for a part-time VA to come onboard with us and eventually work with us full-time.

REQUIREMENTS:

Please do not apply if you do not have experience dropshipping on Amazon. We are specifically looking to work with VA that have prior experience in the Amazon dropshipping business.

WORK REQUIRED:

• Work required is online product research using a certain criteria and comparing against ---------- .
• Results are required to be submitted in a Google Sheet format subject for review by the manager.
• Criteria for qualified products are as follows:
• Best Seller Ranking - not more than 200,000
• With at least 3 stars Average customer review.
• Seller Competition of not more than 10 sellers
• Projected Min Price should be on the top 3 Buybox.
• After 40 hours of training, the trainees should be able to perform the following:
• Seller Central Navigation (Inventory Management, How to add products, Familiarity with Manage Inventory tab)
• Should be able to find at least 30 items per day from the approved merchant sources, subject for review by the manager.
• On the 3rd week of employment, the employee should be able to add a listing on Seller Central. Back office roles will also be introduced.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Purging of ASINS that are no longer competitive
• No sales for the past 3 months.
• Minimum Price is not on the top 3 buybox.
• Asins with more than 10 competitors
• Shipping and Delivery status tracking on our sales sheet
• Should properly inform senior staff about orders with no shipping progress within 48 hours (e.g. Tracking number was generated but it has not moved within 48 hours)

COMPENSATION:
• $3.00 / hour, $260 / month
• Weekly Payment

FULL-TIME PROMOTION:
• We have a 3 month probation period for new VAs that work with us. If you are a good fit for our team, we will offer you a full-time position.
