HR Specialist (Remote)

My name is Nate Ginsburg and I am a serial entrepreneur. I'm the founder of SellerPlex, host of the Ecom Exits Podcast, and partner in a handful of other online businesses. Currently, we are looking for an HR Specialist with experience in handling our general HR requirements, from admin & onboarding to employee engagement and retention. This is a remote role, so you can work from anywhere you please! We largely work with freelancers, so experience with handling large volumes of freelance specialists is highly advantageous.

This is an hourly position that could translate into a permanent engagement for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, takes initiative, is a team player, and invested in continuous learning and growth. To succeed, you will have the following skills & competencies:

- You have extensive experience in HR, especially with eCommerce businesses
- You have relevant experience administrating freelancers in a largely remote environment
- You have outstanding communication skills in English
