JOB OVERVIEW

CS Responsibilities:
1. Positively engage and assist with customer concerns through live chat using Intercom
2. Monitor email support channel/s to respond and address customer concerns
3. Engage with the internal tech team to escalate issues

Lead Generation Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation through Linkedin and Google search etc.
2. Organizing Email Campaigns to be sent out regularly
3. Manage Leads in our clients CRM


Qualifications/Skills:
- At least 2-years experience in Chat Support and Lead Gathering
- Can start as soon as possible
- Positive and lively attitude
- Experience in communicating Communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements
- Familiarity or ability to quickly learn systems and tools
