Qualifications/Skills:
- At least 2-years experience in Chat Support and Lead Gathering
- Can start as soon as possible
- Positive and lively attitude
- Experience in communicating Communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements
- Familiarity or ability to quickly learn systems and tools
