In this role you will be responsible for designing, planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media and copywriting strategy in order to increase brand awareness and support our awesome marketing efforts.

We are on a mission to save 5 million single-use plastic soap bottles from landfill, by replacing them with our revolutionary dissolvable hand soap tablets and reusable glass soap bottles.
Savvy consumers want a better solution, and we’re here to deliver. We were first-to-market in Australia & have already saved up to 125,000 single-use plastic soap bottles from landfill.

Virtual Assistant Requirements:
- Handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision
- Have experience fulfilling various administrative tasks
- A strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Whatsapp & ----------
- 2+ years' experience of working on a Virtual Assistant or other relevant position
- Significant experience with current technologie? like desktop sharing? cloud services and VoIP
- Good practical experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets?particularly Google Docs
- Good practical experience with online calendars and scheduling? particularly Outlook
- Strong phone? email and instant messaging communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrator or Executive Assistant will be a bonus

Tasks that will be required:
- Organize communication via emails and phone calls
- Provide customer service as first point of contact
- Organize meetings? travels and accommodations
- Manage contact lists and organize managers’ calendars
- Create and review customer spreadsheets and keep online records
- Conduct market research and report on the results
- Prepare presentations
- Help employees with their administrative queries
