Experienced Real Estate VA(FLUENT ENGLISH REQUIRED)+ PERFORMANCE BONUSES!

My name is Jessamen Dunker and I am currently looking to interview a select few of bright individuals for a full-time real estate wholesale VA position! Our main objective is to locate discounted on/off market properties to either wholesale, fix or flip, or buy and hold.

Requirements:
Must speak fluent English
Excellent People Skills
Must have prior real estate experience/knowledge
Have prior experience with REI softwares
Be able to run accurate comps


Job entails but not limited to:
Cold Calling
Lead Generation
Appointment Setting
Running accurate comps
Data Entry using Microsoft Excel
SMS Campaign
