Outbound Calls to Clients and Persuasion

1. Locate an individual or Estate Executor using his/her direct contact information submitted to you on a list (phone numbers, emails).

2. If the individual can’t be located, try to find him/her from relatives, friends, neighbors, or partners using contact information like phone numbers, addresses and emails that are on the list.

3. If further research is needed to locate the individual, you will be provided with a list of websites where you might be able to find additional information about the individual or people who are connected to him/her.

4. You will be provided with scripts to make your calls and emails.

5. Once you find the person/ Estate Executor, you will communicate with him/her using the scripted information you’re provided and convince him/her to accept the offer.

6. Once the individual accepts the offer, you must let me know immediately so another team member can take over the case.

7. At the beginning, you will be assigned and to locate 10 individuals per week.

8. You will work during weekdays (no work during the weekends – Saturdays and Sundays).

9. You will provide a report of the calls that you made including the names you’ve contacted, date and time of contact, a brief description of your conversations, and any other pertaining information related to the case.

10. If you cannot find an individual/claimant, you will have to do your due diligence to locate that ---------- aning you will have to do additional searches, sending emails if found, and format mails to be sent out by our team members her, making some phone calls etc. We will provide you with all the tools that you will need to do so and show you how to do it.

11. I will raise the number of individuals and hours of work if I you do great work and are successful.

12. Some cases come with bonuses (up to 100% of the contractual amount) and a bonus amount will be attached with a case if there are funds available for that case.

---------- may take you very little time to find an individual/claimant or more, depending on the contact information we found.

14. You will need to book at least one claimant per week. I will be in your best interest to sign up as many claimants as possible because the more you sign up, the more bonuses you will earn.


15. We will provide you with every tool that you will need to succeed and will be with you every step of the way.

The main goal of this assignment is to find an individual/claimant or his Estate Executor in case the individual/claimant is deceased, and convince him/her to accept our proposal. These cases and claims are legal accounts that are time sensitive and need to be executed in a timely ---------- order to have maximum efficiency, you must exercise all of the following techniques in searching for the claimants: Call them, send them emails (if available), send them letters if you can't find them, do additional searches over the internet, call government offices, look into their public records, etc...
We have all the documents and information available to help you do the job correctly and succeed. The responsibility to obtain all the information rests on your shoulders.
If you are very aggressive, if you put the work, if you are hungry to learn more and hungry to earn more (bonuses), I guaranty you that you will succeed time and time again.
We measure your success by the number of claimants you produce weekly and monthly. You must produce at least one (1) claimant a week. If you can do that, you will be with us for a long, long time, and earn yourself a lot money in the process.
